Builder is used to construct process models for PC-ControLAB and MPC-ControLAB.  A graphical interface permits a user to select function blocks (from a library of 32 blocks), connect and parameterize these.  After the process model is configured, it is named and saved, thereby becoming available to PC-ControLAB and MPC-ControLAB.
